Located on the ground floor of the Hilton Hotel, Adelaide, designers Woods Bagot aimed to completely flip the expectations of a traditional hotel bar with the Collins Bar. It has two distinct areas – an active, bright front bar and a sheltered cocktail lounge, which can be closed off for private functions. The stunning light fixture hanging above the main bar area uses distinct metallic blades to become a focal point of the room.
